Objective of the project (native language): 

Desarrollar el innovador proceso de captura de CO2 procedente de la fermentación del primer vino blanco y tinto de emisiones negativas a nivel mundial, produciendo además uno de los productos más demandados a nivel global, como es el Na2C03, de forma totalmente sostenible en un horizonte temporal de dos años.Premitiendo ir hacia una nueva industriabaja en carbono y productora de carbonato de sodio.

Develop the innovative process of capturing CO2 from the fermentation of the first white and red wine with negative emissions worldwide, also producing one of the most demanded products globally, Na2C03, in a totally sustainable way over a time horizon of two years. Premitting to go towards a new low-carbon industry and producer of sodium carbonate

Se trata de un novedoso proceso de captura del CO2 fermentativo en la industria vitivinicola para la producción de los primeros vinos de emisiones negativas del mundo.El CO2  fermentativo es uno de los residuos de la industria fermentativa, el cual será capturado y aprovechado para la producción de uno de los productos de gran interes industrial como es el Na2CO3,libre de emisiones sustituto del obtenido por metodos convencionales altamente contaminante.

Description of activities (in English): 

This is a novel process for capturing fermentative CO2 in the wine industry for the production of the first negative emission wines in the world. Fermentative CO2 is one of the residues of the fermentative industry, which will be captured and used for production of one of the products of great industrial interest such as Na2CO3, an emission-free substitute for that obtained by highly polluting conventional methods
