NEW IRRIGATION SYSTEMS FROM OVAL PIPES WITH LOW FLOW EMITTERS FOR BETTER MANAGEMENT AND USE OF WATER
Objective of the project (native language): 

-Minimizar el impacto medioambiental de la agricultura intensiva en la región.
-Incrementar la fiabilidad de los sistemas de riego subterráneos.
-Maximizar la eficiencia del riego hasta casi el 100%
-Reducir el consumo energético entre un 10 y 25% frente a la modalidad más usada en las instalaciones agrícolas como son los sistemas de riego por goteo con emisores cilíndricos
-Reducir el impacto ambiental relativo a la producción, transporte, utilización y disposición final de los nuevos productos
-Incrementar el know-how de la fabricación de otras modalidades de tubería de riego alternativas a las cilíndricas, mediante tecnologías punteras e incorporación de goteros pegados

Objective of the project (in English): 

-Minimize the environmental impact of intensive agriculture in the region. -Increase the reliability of underground irrigation systems. -Maximize irrigation efficiency up to almost 100% -Reduce energy consumption between 10 and 25% compared to the modality most used in agricultural facilities such as drip irrigation systems with cylindrical emitters -Reduce the environmental impact related to the production, transport, use and final disposal of new products -Increase the know-how of the manufacture of other types of irrigation pipes alternative to the cylindrical ones, through cutting-edge technologies and the incorporation of glued drippers

Desarrollo de nuevos sistemas de riego subterráneo más eficiente, con emisores pegados de bajo caudal. Además, el desarrollo de tecnologías y modelos agronómicos que permitan un diseño mucho mas preciso y eficiente, así como un control adecuado y exhaustivo de las instalaciones agrícolas

Description of activities (in English): 

 

Development of new, more efficient underground irrigation systems, with low-flow attached emitters. In addition, the development of technologies and agronomic models that allow a much more precise and efficient design, as well as an adequate and exhaustive control of agricultural facilities.
