Objective of the project (native language):

L’obiettivo generale del piano è quello di migliorare l’efficienza e la stabilità produttiva dei singoli anelli della filiera ortofrutticola biologica nella regione Emilia-Romagna e di conseguenza la sua competitività. Il raggiungimento di tale obiettivo generale è supportato dai seguenti obiettivi specifici:
1. Supportare la fase produttiva attraverso lo sviluppo di linee tecniche standard di coltivazione biologiche informatizzate ed accessibili ai diversi anelli della filiera;
2. Favorire la comunicazione ed il trasferimento di informazioni e competenze fra i diversi anelli della filiera ortofrutticola;
3. Conciliare la domanda e l’offerta dei prodotti ortofrutticoli.

Objective of the project (in English):

The general objective of the plan is to improve the efficiency and production stability of the individual rings of the organic fruit and vegetable supply chain in the Emilia-Romagna region and consequently its competitiveness. The achievement of this general objective is supported by the following specific objectives:
1. Support the production phase through the development of standardized biological cultivation technical lines accessible to the various links in the supply chain;
2. Promote communication and the transfer of information and skills between the various rings of the fruit and vegetable supply chain;
3. Reconciling the demand and supply of fruit and vegetable products.

L’azione di realizzazione del piano prevede la suddivisione dello stesso in quattro azioni di realizzazione:
1. Creazione di una rete interdisciplinare di esperti e tecnici (Network) a supporto dello sviluppo di linee tecniche standard per le coltivazioni biologiche della filiera ortofrutticola regionale;
2. Sviluppo ed implementazione del supporto informatico per la gestione delle informazioni;
3. Verifica applicativa delle linee tecnica standard;
4. Valutazione economica delle linee tecniche standard e dinamiche di consumo.

The realization of the plan foresees the subdivision of the same in four actions of realization:
1. Creation of an interdisciplinary network of experts and technicians to support the development of standard technical lines for the organic cultivation of the regional fruit and vegetable supply chain;
2. Development and implementation of IT support for information management;
3. Application verification of standard technical lines:
4. Economic evaluation of standard technical lines and consumption dynamics.

The results of the creation of an interdisciplinary network of experts is the develops of standardized organic cultivation lines for various vegetable and fruit crops that support the organic fruit and vegetable supply chain.
The result of the computerization of these guidelines is a tangible website that can be consulted online and an app that can be consulted via smart phone that can support producers in making agronomic decisions. The techniques applied by the producers will be communicated to the other links in the supply chain that benefit from processing, storage and conservation, as well as to communicate to end consumers for promotional purposes.
The economic analysis and the dynamics of consumption will have as a tangible result a detailed economic account for each crop subject to analysis, as well as the qualification and quantification of the demand needs of the different organic fruit and vegetable products. This information can support the entire supply chain in production planning, processing, storage and sales.

La creazione di una rete interdisciplinare di esperti che svilupperà e creerà un sistema informativo a supporto della filiera ortofrutticola biologica avrà come risultato tangibile le linee guida specifiche per diverse colture orticole e frutticole.
La informatizzazione di tali linee guida avrà come risultato tangibile un sito web consultabile online ed un’app consultabile tramite smart phone in grado di supportare i produttori nelle scelte di carattere agronomico. Le tecniche applicate dai produttori saranno comunicate agli altri anelli della filiera che potranno beneficiarne nelle fasi di lavorazione e stoccaggio/conservazione, nonché essere comunicate ai consumatori finali a fini promozionali.
Le analisi economiche e delle dinamiche di consumo avranno come risultato tangibile un dettagliato conto economico per ogni coltura oggetto dell'analisi, nonché la qualificazione e quantificazione delle esigenze della domanda dei diversi prodotti ortofrutticoli biologici. Tali informazioni potranno supportare tutta la filiera nella pianificazione della produzione, della lavorazione, dello stoccaggio/conservazione e della vendita.
