The evaluation of the feasibility of breeding insects through the use of alpeorujos from mills and the management of these by-products from regional mills.

El uso de los insectos como un nuevo tipo de proceso de biotransformación podría constituir una alternativa par la gestión del alperujo en almazaras al mismo tiempo que se reduce un problema ambinetal para el cual se requiere encontrar mejoras sostenibles tanto economicas como ambientales.

Description of activities (in English): 

The use of insects as a new type of biotransformation process could constitute an alternative for the management of alperujo in mills while reducing an environmental problem for which it is necessary to find sustainable economic and environmental improvements.
