Online public consultation on possible EU Soil Health Law

As the EIP-AGRI Network has become part of the EU CAP Network, this website will no longer be updated after 1 April 2023. The EU Soil Strategy for 2030 aims to have all EU soils in a healthy condition by 2050. The European Commission will table a new legislative proposal on soil health. The proposal will complement the Nature Restoration Law and, ensure synergies with climate change mitigation and adaptation actions. Farmers, foresters, land planners, industry, national and local authorities, NGOs, citizens … you are all invited to share your views on this initiative on soil health via an online consultation.
