Projects from EIP-AGRI network about sustainable use of pesticides

As the EIP-AGRI Network has become part of the EU CAP Network, this website will no longer be updated after 1 April 2023. It will remain available in a static form as a reference of all previous EIP-AGRI activities. Almost 450 of the 2500 Operational Groups currently running, that is to say 18%, focus on topics related to the sustainable use of pesticides. Horizon 2020 has already funded over 30 research and innovation projects with an investment of over €160 million to protect plant health and promote integrated pest management. More Horizon projects from the last call are currently being launched, for example a Thematic Network Oper8 to promote solutions for non-chemical weed control building upon the knowledge and outcomes of Operational Groups.
